Water | Butter | Flour Fresh Strawberries | Eggs Sugar | Powdered Sugar Heavy Whipping Cream
Preheat the oven to 400° and line a baking sheet with parchment. Bring water and butter to a simmer. Remove from heat and stir in the flour to form a thick paste. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition.
Spoon onto the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool completely. Puree the strawberries with sugar until smooth. Beat the whipping cream until light and fluffy, then add remaining sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Gradually add strawberry mixture.
