Chocolate Glazed Pumpkin Cookies

Grab a tall glass of milk and get ready for these super delicious, super easy chocolate glazed pumpkin cookies! Made from scratch, these cookies turn out soft and fluffy and filled with the delicious flavors of fall.

Ingredients

All-Purpose Flour | Baking Soda Baking Powder | Unsalted Butter Pumpkin-Pie Spice | Egg Sugar | Pumpkin Puree | Salt Semisweet Chocolate

Whisk dry ingredients together. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and with mixer on low, add flour mixture and pumpkin puree a little at a time.

Instructions

Place heaping balls of dough onto a prepared baking sheet, an inch or two apart. Bake for about 16-20 minutes, rotating halfway through.

Transfer cookies to wire racks, and cool completely. Melt the chocolate, pour into a plastic bag, snip off a corner, and pipe chocolate over cookies.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until the chocolate is firm. ENJOY!
