Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

The perfect marriage of cinnamon rolls and pancakes into one simple recipe! Cinnamon roll pancakes are easy to make and they taste AMAZING!

Ingredients

Flour | Baking Powder | Milk Salt | Eggs | Vegetable Oil

Cinnamon Swirl and Glaze Butter | Brown Sugar | Cinnamon Cream Cheese | Vanilla Powdered Sugar

Mix cinnamon filling ingredients in a freezer bag until combined.

Instructions

Melt butter, remove from heat and stir in the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until it’s nice and smooth.

Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Then mix in milk, egg, and oil, just until the batter is moistened.

Scoop batter onto a heated skillet. When pancake starts to bubble squeeze the cinnamon filling out of the bag and swirl it on top of the pancake.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.

Re-warm the glaze, if needed, and drizzle it over the pancakes before serving.
