These Green chili chicken enchiladas are one of my family’s very favorite dinners! They are easy to make and use just a few ingredients that are easy to keep on hand.
Tortillas | Shredded Chicken Cheddar Cheese | Sour Cream Green Enchilada Sauce Optional Toppings Olives | Diced Tomatoes | Avocado
Combine the shredded chicken, 1/2 of the sauce, cheese, and sour cream. Fill each tortilla with the chicken and cheese mixture.
Spread enchilada sauce over the bottom of a baking pan. Roll the tortillas up like a burrito and place side by side in the baking pan.
Cook in the oven for 20 minutes or until heated through. Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
