Whisk lemon zest and juice, melted butter, flour, and sugar until you have a smooth paste. Then set aside.
Separate the eggs and add milk to the egg yolks. Gradually pour the milk mixture into the lemon/flour mixture, whisking as you go, until smooth.
Divide batter into prepared jelly jars. Place jars in a pan and add boiling water to the pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes until risen and they feel springy to the touch.
Serve with whipped cream and grated chocolate
