Irish Stew Recipe

This savory and flavorful Irish stew is loaded with tender beef and vegetables. It’s thick and hearty, and perfect for a cold night!

Ingredients

Stew Beef | Salt & Pepper Flour | Olive Oil | Onion Carrots | Golden Potatoes Onion Soup Mix | Tomato Paste Worcestershire Sauce Beef Stock | Frozen Peas

Instructions

Season meat and toss in flour to coat. Heat oil in heavy pot. Add onion and cook. Add the stew beef to the pot and cook until browned.

 Next add carrots, potatoes, onion soup mix, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce to the pot. Pour in beef stock and combine.

Bring to a simmer, then cover and reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for at least one hour.

Just before serving, stir in frozen peas, and cook until warmed through. Serve hot.
